TNL & Son Co., Ltd was founded in 1998 by Mrs. Thu and Mr. Linh, and remains family-led today. What began as a single pottery operation in Binh Duong has grown into a manufacturer trusted by major retailers, importers and wholesalers across four continents.
We manage the entire process in-house: design development, moulding and throwing, glazing, firing, finishing and ready-to-sell packaging. Clients can select from our showroom, or bring their own concepts for us to produce under their brand.

TNL & Son has always been a family business in the truest sense. Mrs. Thu and her husband Mr. Linh built the company from a single operation in 1998, and the same spirit of closeness runs through the people who lead it today.

Mrs. Thu and her husband, Mr. Linh, founded the company in 1998 and have led it ever since. Together they built TNL & Son from the ground up into a trusted manufacturing partner for major retailers across the UK, US, EU and Australasia. She continues to serve on the company's Board of Directors today.
What I am most proud of is our people. They have become like family, a dynamic team that has grown alongside this company. With every partner we work with, our goal has always been a true win-win relationship.

Mrs. P. Lan oversees everything that happens on the factory floor, from design development and R&D through to quality control, warehousing and ready-to-sell packaging.
